Home One x Gira Technologies

A house and its smart-home technology in one walkable model

RAVE SPACE, in collaboration with Home One and Gira, has developed a project that changes how real estate and smart-home technology are presented. This project enables potential buyers to experience the architecture of the latest Home One house model and Gira's intelligent solutions in an immersive and interactive way.

Project Overview

At the heart of this project is the Home One house model, which can be explored virtually via smartphone, desktop browser, or VR headset. That gives a realistic sense of space and lets visitors judge the layout and the atmosphere of the house.

Integration of Gira Smart Technologies

A standout feature of the project is the integration of Gira’s smart technologies. These are brought to life in an interactive simulation, allowing visitors to experience how automation enhances comfort and efficiency in daily living. Key features include:

• Day and Night Simulation: Lighting adapts automatically to the time of day.

• Weather-Based Automation: Awnings retract during rain, and blinds close in response to strong sunlight.

• Smart Lighting Control: Intelligent systems turn lights on and off as needed.

This integration simplifies complex smart-home systems, making them intuitive and accessible even for those less familiar with technology.

Virtual Tours and Collaborative Exploration

The project also supports multi-user functionality, enabling real-time guided tours of the property. Multiple users can explore the virtual house simultaneously, while real estate agents or advisors provide live walkthroughs. An integrated voice chat allows for direct communication, making the experience comparable to an in-person property viewing.

Immersive Presentation for Greater Engagement

Potential buyers see the fittings of the house and the technology inside it in one place, instead of assembling both from brochures.

The model opens in the browser, on a phone or in a VR headset, which makes the house visitable without an appointment.
