In collaboration with Deloitte, RAVE SPACE developed a Virtual Reality (VR) sales tool for Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH. This platform changes how Garbe presents its logistics and industrial properties by enabling potential clients to virtually tour and interact with the spaces. The tool supports the sales process and raises the appeal of Garbe's projects by combining VR technology with a user-friendly platform.

Why a Virtual Reality Sales Tool?

Logistics and industrial properties are large and complex, which makes them hard to convey with photos and floor plans. The VR sales tool shows them in an interactive 3D environment, with no site visit.

Instead of static images or floor plans, clients walk through the property and see how the space can be cut to their needs.

RAVE SPACE’s Contribution

The tool supports VR headsets and also runs in the browser, so it works on the devices people already have.

The tool runs on RAVE SPACE’s proprietary RAVE ENGINE, which carries real-time 3D rendering and multi-user sessions.
